Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Teezaster. We aim to make our shipping process transparent, structured, and easy to understand from checkout to delivery. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, so you always know what to expect at every stage.
A. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a standard processing period of two to five business days. During this time, we carefully review order details, confirm payment, and prepare each item for shipment according to our quality standards.
Processing includes product inspection, preparation, secure packaging, shipping label creation, and a final accuracy check before dispatch.
Our operating days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed outside of business hours are queued for processing on the next working day.
Any order submitted after 7:00 PM EST will be counted as received on the following business day to ensure proper handling.
B. Extended Processing for Special Orders
Personalized or custom-made products—such as items with custom text, names, artwork, or unique designs—require an additional one to three business days for production and verification.
Large-volume or wholesale orders exceeding fifty units may require seven to ten business days, depending on inventory availability and production capacity.
These extended timelines allow coordination between design, production, and inventory teams to maintain consistency and accuracy. Same-day processing applies only to non-custom orders placed before 7:00 PM EST.
C. Shipping Partners
Once processing is complete, orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for select destinations.
Carrier selection is based on delivery location, package size, weight, and the most secure and efficient route available.
D. Shipping Fees
All domestic orders are shipped with a flat-rate fee of $6.99 USD.
This flat rate covers protective packaging, careful handling, and reliable delivery services, ensuring transparency with no unexpected charges at checkout.
E. Estimated Delivery Time
After shipment, most U.S. orders arrive within five to twelve business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier routing, and overall shipping volume.
Customers in rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery windows.
Delays caused by weather conditions, peak-season demand, or carrier operational issues are beyond our control, but we actively monitor shipments whenever possible.
During high-volume periods such as holidays or major sales events, processing and delivery times may be extended. For urgent orders, we recommend placing purchases two to three weeks in advance.
F. Shipping Limitations
At this time, Teezaster is unable to ship to the following locations:
• Alaska
• Hawaii
• U.S. territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa
• P.O. Boxes
• APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses
These restrictions are due to carrier and logistical limitations. We are continuously working to expand our shipping coverage in the future.
G. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS, depending on your selected contact method at checkout.
Tracking details typically activate within twenty-four to forty-eight hours after the carrier receives the package.
During peak shipping periods, tracking updates may appear delayed until the carrier scans the package. We recommend checking the tracking link regularly for the most accurate status.
H. Holidays and Peak Seasons
National holidays, promotional events, and seasonal surges often result in increased carrier volume, which may cause temporary delays.
Severe weather conditions can also impact transit times. Ordering early during holiday periods helps reduce the risk of delivery delays.
