We offer a thirty-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within this timeframe, provided the following conditions are met:

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Return labels are not automatically included with shipments. This approach helps reduce unnecessary paper waste.

Once your return is received and inspected, typically within twenty-four hours of arrival, you will receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued within fourteen days, although your financial institution may require an additional three to five business days to finalize the transaction.

D. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement whenever possible.

G. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within four hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
