Four-Hour Change and Cancellation Window

Customers are provided with a strict four-hour window after placing an order to request any changes or cancellations. This is the only period during which adjustments are possible, as orders begin automated and manual production processes shortly thereafter.

During this initial holding period, orders are temporarily paused to allow customers time to review details and request corrections if necessary. Once the four-hour window closes, the order is automatically released into production and becomes final.

Permitted Changes Within Four Hours

During the four-hour window, customers may request the following adjustments:

• Size changes
• Color or style updates
• Corrections to custom text or personalization details
• Replacement of uploaded images or design files
• Changes to product type or quantity
• Full order cancellation
• Shipping address updates

Why the Four-Hour Limit Is Firm

Once the holding period ends, production preparation begins immediately. This includes reviewing customization files, preparing print or engraving instructions, allocating materials and inventory, and scheduling the order within the production queue.

After these steps start, modifying or canceling an order can lead to delays, workflow disruption, and material waste. For this reason, the four-hour policy applies equally to all customers without exception.

How to Request a Change or Cancellation

If you need to modify or cancel your order, it is essential to act quickly. Email is the fastest and most effective way to reach our team for urgent requests.

To submit a request correctly, please send an email immediately to support@teezaster.com.

For faster processing, use the following subject line:
“URGENT: Order [Your Order Number] Change or Cancellation”

Once the four-hour window expires, the order is considered final. At that point, Teezaster cannot accept requests for:

• Color or design changes
• Personalization edits
• Replacement of uploaded files
• Order cancellations
• Shipping address changes

This policy ensures fairness, efficiency, and consistent fulfillment for all customers.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Accuracy

Customers are fully responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. This includes verifying street details, apartment or unit numbers, city, state, ZIP code, and overall address formatting.

Addresses must be valid and recognized by carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Even minor errors can result in delivery delays or failed shipments.

Incorrect Address Consequences

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.

Common delivery errors include insufficient address details, missing unit numbers, unknown addresses, or recipient relocation.
If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled, and Teezaster cannot offer replacements or refunds.
